Internships at Thrive Behavioral Health

Thrive Behavioral Health is an inclusive counseling practice offering extensive internships for master’s-level students in their final year of counseling and social work programs. Although these internships are unpaid, they provide a valuable opportunity for students to accumulate the required counseling hours needed for college credit and graduation. Different ways to Learn and Lead

Provide counseling to a variety of populations, like age, sexual orientation, culture, etc.
Learn about and provide therapy for a variety of issues and find a specialization.
You will have the opportunity to write blog post on our website for your specialization.
Gain experience with writing intake notes, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Interact with the other clinicians in the office

Requirements and Expectations

All counseling programs are different and depending on what school you are attending the requirements may conflict. Please contact our administrative team and we will explain all expectations and requirements for the counseling program you are attending.
